North Quay – Chic Riverside Studio with King Bed and River Views for 30+ Day Stays in Brisbane City North Quay is a stylish riverside studio for stays of a month or more in the heart of Brisbane City, with river views and a calm, practical layout. South Bank’s museums, galleries and parklands, Queen Street Mall and the City Botanic Gardens are all close by, and buses, trains and river ferries are within walking distance. With a study nook and WiFi, it’s ideal for solo professionals or couples on extended contracts in the CBD, and anyone wanting a central long-stay base without needing a car. The Studio The living and sleeping area has a King bed with blackout blinds for restful sleep, two armchairs, and a TV with Netflix, Disney+ and other streaming apps (log in with your own accounts). A study nook with a desk makes working from home easy. The dining area is equipped with a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine, and essential utensils and cutlery. The modern bathroom has towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials provided. Split-system air conditioning keeps the studio comfortable, and WiFi is available. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Building Facilities Guests have access to the building pool, open daily from 6:30am to 9pm. Please bring your own pool towel. Guest Access You’ll have the entire studio. Keys are collected on site, with full details sent 3 days before check-in. There’s no full kitchen. Cooking is limited to a microwave and toaster. Pool towels aren’t provided. The building gym is for hotel guests only and isn’t included. House Rules Check-in from 3pm; check-out by 10am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, at an additional cost. Luggage can’t be stored before check-in or after check-out. ID verification is required after booking, and check-in details are only shared once verified. Guests are responsible for any fire alarm callout fees if the alarm is triggered unnecessarily. Pool hours are 6:30am to 9pm daily.

The following strict House Rules apply: - No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am - No parties or antisocial behaviour - No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval - No pets are allowed in the property without approval - No smoking is allowed at any times - If you break something, please let us know - To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police. IMPORTANT: - Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund. - Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200. Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following: - Please leave all beds unmade - Please clean up your dishes and put them away - In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location - Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins - Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed. - Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind. We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.
