This spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment at Bells Boulevard is located within the Luxury Sand Resort at Casuarina Beach, decorated with beautiful artwork to ensure a comfortable stay for the whole family. Positioned within the almost beachfront Village Resort & Spa, you're surrounded by alfresco cafes, award winning restaurants, boutique shops, a bar, and bike and walkways that stretch all the way from Kingscliff to Cabarita Beach. The resort comprises two outstanding pools, tennis courts and a gym. The apartment comes with free unlimited wifi, ducted air conditioning, and is fully furnished throughout, with tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge and kettle, and a furnished balcony for relaxing outdoors. Secure basement car parking is included, along with access to the resort's restaurants and pampering facilities, plus pools, an outdoor spa, tennis courts and gym facilities. The surrounding village offers everything you need, including a convenience store and renowned restaurants such as Seasons on site and Fins, along with plenty of other dining options. Grab your morning coffee or afternoon drink nearby, and in winter, keep an eye out for migrating whales from the deck of the popular resort bar. There's also retail therapy and pampering on offer within the village, or it's a very short trip into Kingscliff if you'd like to explore further. Sparkling white sand stretches for kilometres right in front of the resort, with a patrolled beach ideal for swimming, surfing or simply relaxing. A boardwalk runs the full length of the coastline from Kingscliff to Cabarita, perfect for walking or cycling while taking in the sights. Gold Coast Airport is just 13 minutes north, and Byron Bay is around 35 minutes south. As a guest, you'll have full access to the resort facilities, with the exception of the reception desk and luggage storage. A car park is also included free of charge. Keys are collected from an off site office approximately two minutes from the resort, with details provided once your booking is confirmed. Please note that pool towels are not supplied within the apartment. These can be borrowed from the onsite property management office if needed, with a refundable deposit required, released once the towels are returned by the end of your stay.
