This one bedroom apartment at Bells Boulevard is located within the beautiful and luxurious Resort & Spa at The Sand Resort. It's spacious throughout, with a large private balcony, air conditioning, and free wifi and parking included as standard. The luxury resort itself features two large pools, a tennis court and a gymnasium. This premium One Bedroom Spa Suite is conveniently located on the top floor, close to lift access, complete with a spa bath, a furnished balcony, a designer kitchen and full laundry facilities. It's fully furnished and equipped, with generous cupboard space and secure basement car parking, plus access to the resort's restaurants and pampering facilities. The surrounding village offers everything you need, including a convenience store and renowned restaurants such as Seasons on site and Fins, along with plenty of other dining options. Grab your morning coffee or afternoon drink nearby, and in winter, keep an eye out for migrating whales from the deck of the popular bar. There's also retail therapy and pampering on offer within The Sand Resort, or it's a very short trip into Kingscliff if you'd like to explore further. Sparkling white sand stretches for kilometres right in front of the resort, with a patrolled beach ideal for swimming, surfing or simply relaxing. A boardwalk runs the full length of the coastline from Kingscliff to Cabarita, perfect for walking or cycling while taking in the sights. Gold Coast Airport is just 13 minutes north, and Byron Bay is around 35 minutes south. As a guest, you'll have full access to the resort facilities, with the exception of the reception desk and luggage storage. A car park is also included free of charge. Keys are collected from an off site office rather than at the resort. Please note that pool towels are not supplied within the apartment. These can be borrowed from the onsite property management office if needed, with a refundable deposit required, released once the towels are returned by the end of your stay.
