Perfectly positioned, this top floor apartment at Bells Boulevard within Luxury Sand Resort is idyllic, north facing to capture abundant natural light and sunshine while taking in the sparkling resort lagoon pool and lush gardens below. The highlight is certainly the large balcony, the perfect spot to sit, relax and soak up the ambience of the resort. The apartment also comes with kitchen and laundry facilities, a private bathroom with a spa bath, a spacious lounge room with TV, and free fast wifi throughout. It's fully furnished and equipped, air conditioned, and includes secure basement car parking along with access to the resort's restaurants and pampering facilities. The surrounding village offers everything you need, including a convenience store and renowned restaurants such as Seasons on site and Fins, along with plenty of other dining options. Grab your morning coffee or afternoon drink nearby, and in winter, keep an eye out for migrating whales from the deck of the popular resort bar. There's also retail therapy and pampering on offer within the village, or it's a very short trip into Kingscliff if you'd like to explore further. Sparkling white sand stretches for kilometres right in front of the resort, with a patrolled beach ideal for swimming, surfing or simply relaxing. A boardwalk runs the full length of the coastline from Kingscliff to Cabarita, perfect for walking or cycling while taking in the sights. Gold Coast Airport is just 13 minutes north, and Byron Bay is around 35 minutes south. As a guest, you'll have full access to the resort facilities, with the exception of the onsite reception desk and luggage storage. A car park is also included free of charge. Check-in details will be provided by our holiday management office once your booking is confirmed, and a eurobed is available for additional bedding if required. Please note that pool towels are not supplied within the apartment. These can be borrowed from the onsite property management office if needed, with a refundable deposit required, released once the towels are returned by the end of your stay.
