It comes exactly as pictured, with clean, contemporary furnishings that ensure a welcoming stay throughout. Your stay includes wifi, two Smart TVs and secure parking. Guests also enjoy full access to the resort's facilities, including multiple pools, BBQ areas, a tennis court and gym. The bedroom is prepared with a king bed unless two singles are requested after your booking has been made. Whether you're here for a romantic getaway, a relaxing holiday, or simply to recharge, this apartment is the perfect base, with one of the best views on the coast. Gunnamatta Avenue is perfectly positioned to explore the beauty of the Northern Rivers, with the village of Kingscliff only moments away, filled with cafes, bars and restaurants, offering plenty of choice if you'd prefer to dine out rather than use the apartment's fully equipped kitchen. From Kingscliff to Cabarita Beach and beyond, you'll be able to access it all from this beautiful location. Keys are collected from a local office, just two minutes from the resort. Please note that pool towels are not supplied within the apartment. These can be borrowed from the onsite property management office if needed, with a refundable deposit required, released once the towels are returned by the end of your stay. Please also be aware that construction works are taking place at the nearby bar from 20 July to 4 September. During the first two weeks, guests may experience increased daytime noise from jackhammering and floor grinding, scheduled between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Additional demolition works are expected between 10 August and 14 August, which may also cause construction noise during standard working hours. We appreciate your understanding while these improvements are carried out.
