This two bedroom Club Suite at Gunnamatta Avenue is quite possibly one of the most unique and sought after apartments within the resort in Kingscliff. Renovated and beautifully styled, it's located on the top floor with remarkable ocean views, facing east with a 30 square metre balcony delivering 180 degree views across the north, east and south. This stand alone two bedroom club spa suite comes with free wifi, smart TVs, and parking included, along with full access to the resort's facilities including multiple pools, BBQ areas, a tennis court and an exercise room. All bedding and linen is provided, including bath towels, along with a starter pack of soaps, shampoo and conditioner, and a handy amenities pack with toilet paper, bin bags, dishwashing liquid and powder, laundry powder, chux and a tea towel. The apartment is fitted with modern, clean furniture throughout, and importantly, you'll receive the exact apartment shown in the images, not just any apartment within the resort. Bedding is prepared as one king bed unless two singles are requested after booking. As a guest, you'll have full access to the resort facilities, with the exception of the onsite reception desk, as your host looks after this booking directly. A car park is included free of charge, and friendly support is available around the clock should assistance be required. Please note this unit is located above the bar, which may result in increased noise levels at times. Keys are collected from a local office, just two minutes from the resort. Please note that pool towels are not supplied within the apartment. These can be borrowed from the onsite property management office if needed, with a refundable deposit required, released once the towels are returned by the end of your stay. Please also be aware that construction works are taking place at the nearby bar from 20 July to 4 September. During the first two weeks, guests may experience increased daytime noise from jackhammering and floor grinding, scheduled between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Additional demolition works are expected between 10 August and 14 August, which may also cause construction noise during standard working hours. We appreciate your understanding while these improvements are carried out.
