Local beaches, parks and cafés are close by, Tweed Heads' shops and restaurants are a short drive away, and Gold Coast Airport is about 30 minutes by car. With five bedrooms, three bathrooms, three living areas and air conditioning throughout, it's ideal for large families relocating to the Tweed or Gold Coast region, work crews or project teams on extended assignments, and groups wanting a relaxed long coastal stay. The Home Large windows fill the home with natural light. The main living room seats eight, and two additional living spaces, each with a TV, give everyone room to spread out. The TVs have free-to-air channels and Netflix, and there's timber-look flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction cooktop, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge, cookware and utensils. The dining table seats six, with extra countertop seating bringing the total to ten. The master bedroom has a King bed and an ensuite. Bedroom two has a Queen bed, and bedrooms three, four and five each have a Double bed. Every bedroom has bedside tables and lamps, and air conditioning. There are two more bathrooms in addition to the ensuite, with a shower and bathtub, and a hairdryer is provided. The private laundry has a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and cleaning supplies. Air conditioning and fans in every room keep the home comfortable year-round. Outside, the lush green garden has a BBQ area with outdoor dining furniture. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.
