The building itself is older and may show signs of age — while the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and all linens are fresh for every guest, it's worth considering this before booking if you're sensitive to older buildings. There is no lift, so stairs are required to reach the apartment, and there's no on-site parking, though several paid and street parking options are available nearby. For security, an external CCTV camera operates 24/7 at the building entrance, for safety purposes only.
