Prince Alfred Park, Carriageworks, cafés and galleries are nearby. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private laundry, it’s ideal for professionals on extended contracts in the CBD, couples or friends sharing a longer stay, and anyone relocating to Sydney who wants a well-connected inner-city base. The Home The welcoming lounge has wooden floors, a four-seater couch, a coffee table and rug, a Smart TV with free-to-air channels, and split-system air conditioning. It opens onto a balcony with a full outdoor furniture set, perfect for morning coffee. The dining area seats four. The well-equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop, a gas oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a capsule coffee machine, plus plenty of cookware. The two bedrooms have a Queen bed and a Double bed between them, with mattress protectors, quilts, plush pillows, bedside tables, lamps and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has an ensuite. There are two modern bathrooms in total, one with a full-size bath. The private laundry has a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a drying rack. Adjustable shutters let you control privacy and light, and WiFi is available. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Guest Access You’ll have the entire home. Keys are collected on site, with full details sent 3 days before check-in. A house manual inside covers the shutters and laundry machines.
