Enjoy the private balcony for fresh air and relaxation, along with reliable, complimentary high-speed wifi for work or entertainment. The layout is practical and suited for both short and longer stays, and the split-level design genuinely gives the apartment a sense of separation between living and sleeping areas that a lot of standard studios don't offer. Please note that this property includes stairs both in the building's common areas and within the apartment itself, connecting the living area to the loft bedroom — there is no lift in the building. Guests with limited mobility, or travelling with heavy luggage, should factor this into their decision before booking, as it genuinely may not be the ideal property in those circumstances. Self check-in is available, with the key collected from a designated lockbox located on the opposite side of the building entrance for easier access. Quiet hours: 20:00 to 08:00. Pets: Not allowed. Smoking: Not allowed. Events: Not allowed. Suitable for: children and infants. Additional rules: House Rules 1. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies. A $300 AUD charge applies for any evidence of smoking. If smoking activates the building's fire alarm and Fire and Rescue attends, we will recover the call-out charge from you, up to $2,500 AUD. 2. No Parties or Events Parties and events are not permitted. Any party, event or gathering beyond the guests named on the booking will result in immediate eviction with no refund. 3. Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am out of respect for our neighbours and other residents. 4. No Pets We are unable to accommodate pets. Assistance animals are welcome in accordance with Australian law — please let us know before booking so we can prepare for your arrival. 5. Self Check-In Check-in is self-service. Your access instructions will be sent the day before arrival, once guest verification is complete. Contact us any time if something does not work. 6. Lost Keys and Lockouts A $300 AUD charge applies for a lost key or access device. If you need us to attend the property to let you in, a $350 AUD call-out charge applies. You are welcome to use a local locksmith instead. 7. Security Deposit A $500 AUD hold is placed on your card seven days before check-in as a security deposit. It is released after check-out, subject to inspection. 8. Guests and Visitors Only the guests named on the booking may stay at the property. Please tell us in advance if you would like to bring a visitor. 9. Children and Infants Families are very welcome. Please note we do not provide baby cots. 10. Care of the Property Please handle fittings and fragile items with care, and tell us straight away if something is damaged. Nothing should be removed from the property. 11. Garbage Please dispose of rubbish using the bins or chute provided. If you would prefer, leave it in the designated bin and we will take care of it. 12. Energy and Environment Please help us conserve energy by switching off the air conditioning and lights when you go out, and by not running the air conditioning with windows or doors open. 13. Items Left Behind A $50 AUD handling fee plus postage applies to any item left at the property that you would like returned. 14. No Drugs or Illegal Activity The use or possession of illegal substances, and any form of prostitution, is strictly prohibited. 15. Longer Stays For bookings of more than seven nights, the property manager will carry out a weekly inspection to keep the property in good condition. 16. Independent Operation Our property operates independently and is not affiliated with the building's reception or front desk. Please contact us directly through this platform for anything to do with your stay. Booking and Verification By completing this reservation you agree to complete our guest verification portal, which includes signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement, providing a valid government-issued ID, and providing credit card details. Your check-in details are provided once verification is complete.
