Manly Dam Reserve's bushwalks are nearby, Seaforth's boutique shops and dining are close by, and Manly's beaches are a short drive away. Sydney CBD is 20 minutes by car. With three bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living areas, two kitchens and a dedicated study, it's ideal for families relocating to Sydney's Northern Beaches, professionals on extended contracts, and families or groups staying together long term. Upstairs The main living room has wooden floors, plenty of natural light, a seven-seater couch, and a large TV with free-to-air and streaming apps (log in with your own accounts). The main kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven and cooktop, cutlery and utensils, and the dining area seats nine. A balcony with a dining setting extends the living space outdoors. The main bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite. There's also a Queen bedroom and a Double bedroom. The upstairs level has three bathrooms, including the ensuite, and a dedicated study with a desk, chair and its own air conditioning, ideal for remote work. Downstairs Games Room The downstairs level is almost a second living zone. It has a games room with a pool table, a living area with a four-seater couch and a TV with free-to-air and streaming apps, and dining for six. There's a second kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and electric cooktop, a washing machine, and a bathroom with a shower. It also has its own air conditioning. Outdoor Living The property is fully fenced for privacy and security. Multiple outdoor seating areas connect to a private garden with lush grass, sun loungers, table tennis and a basketball net, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing. Air conditioning and heating serve all bedrooms and living areas, and every bedroom has a fan. The laundry has a washer and dryer. Towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials are provided, along with professional hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup and a small welcome pack. Guest Access & Parking You'll have the entire home. Keys are collected on site, with full details sent 3 days before check-in. There's driveway parking for up to three cars.
