Queenscliff Beach is a 9-minute walk, Manly Beach is 11 minutes, and the Pittwater Road dining strip and the swim centre and sports reserve are just 4 minutes on foot. The Manly Corso, cafés, parks and the ferry to the city are close by. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, ducted air conditioning, parking for two and dogs welcome, it’s ideal for families relocating to the Northern Beaches, professionals on extended contracts in Sydney, and groups wanting a premium coastal long stay. The Home Contemporary décor and plenty of natural light fill the open-plan living area, which has a leather couch, armchairs, a coffee table, a window-sill seating nook and a TV with free-to-air channels. The six-seater dining table sits alongside. The sleek kitchen has premium appliances, including an oven, a gas cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine, plus cookware, utensils and cutlery, with counter seating for three. Bedroom one has a King bed, a walk-in robe and an ensuite. Bedroom two has a Queen bed and its own ensuite. Bedroom three has two single beds. There are three polished bathrooms in total, with towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials provided. The laundry has a washer and dryer. Ducted air conditioning runs through every room, and automatic blinds are fitted throughout. WiFi is available. Outside, a generous private courtyard has lush outdoor dining. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Guest Access & Parking You’ll have the entire house. Keys are left in a lockbox. There are stairs inside and outside the house. On-site parking is available for two cars, behind an electric sliding gate operated by remote. The blind remotes are in the top kitchen drawer (downstairs) and the cabinet at the top of the stairs (upstairs). Please return them after use.
