The Apartment This north-east facing, top-floor apartment is beautifully designed and fully furnished. The private balcony and the kitchen both have district views with water glimpses. The living room has a four-seater couch, a 55" OLED TV with Foxtel and Netflix, and a four-seater dining table. The kitchen has Smeg appliances, including an oven, cooktop, rangehood, microwave and dishwasher, plus an integrated Fisher & Paykel fridge/freezer, a Zip hot and cold filtered water tap, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Bedroom one has a Queen bed, built-in wardrobes with drawers, and a 48" OLED TV with Foxtel and Netflix. Bedroom two has a Double bed and built-in wardrobes with drawers.
