With a study nook, a full kitchen, an in-unit laundry and an on-site gym, it’s ideal for solo professionals on extended contracts in the CBD and anyone wanting a central, walkable long-stay base without a car. The Studio The open-plan studio has premium décor and plenty of natural light. The living area has a designer couch, an armchair, a coffee table and a TV with free-to-air channels and streaming apps. A study nook makes working from home easy. The sleek kitchen has designer appliances, including an oven, a gas cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine, plus cookware, utensils and cutlery. The bed area has a Double bed and blackout blinds. The bathroom has towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials provided, and there’s a washer and dryer. A fan and portable heaters are provided, and WiFi is available. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Building Facilities Guests have access to the on-site gym. Guest Access You’ll have the entire studio. Keys are left in a lockbox. There are no stairs inside or outside the property.
