The kitchen includes a mini fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, toaster, and dining table, along with dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and coffee, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The private bathroom includes a bathtub, hot water, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. A washing machine and dryer are included inside the unit, along with storage with hangers, and extras such as towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, bed linens, and an iron are all provided. Beach essentials including towels, chairs, and an umbrella are also on hand for your seaside visits. Air conditioning and heating keep things comfortable year round, and a smoke alarm is installed for safety. Located on Level 2 with elevator access, the studio offers a relaxed and convenient base close to everything Cronulla has to offer. Free parking is available on premises, and guests also have access to shared basement parking and nearby street parking. Long term stays are welcome, with stays of 28 days or more accommodated. Please note that a carbon monoxide alarm and private entrance are not included with this property. Quiet hours: 20:00 to 08:00. Pets: Not allowed. Smoking: Not allowed. Events: Not allowed. Suitable for: children and infants. Additional rules: House Rules 1. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies. A $300 AUD charge applies for any evidence of smoking. If smoking activates the building's fire alarm and Fire and Rescue attends, we will recover the call-out charge from you, up to $2,500 AUD. 2. No Parties or Events Parties and events are not permitted. Any party, event or gathering beyond the guests named on the booking will result in immediate eviction with no refund. 3. Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am out of respect for our neighbours and other residents. 4. No Pets We are unable to accommodate pets. Assistance animals are welcome in accordance with Australian law — please let us know before booking so we can prepare for your arrival. 5. Self Check-In Check-in is self-service. Your access instructions will be sent the day before arrival, once guest verification is complete. Contact us any time if something does not work. 6. Lost Keys and Lockouts A $300 AUD charge applies for a lost key or access device. If you need us to attend the property to let you in, a $350 AUD call-out charge applies. You are welcome to use a local locksmith instead. 7. Security Deposit A $500 AUD hold is placed on your card seven days before check-in as a security deposit. It is released after check-out, subject to inspection. 8. Guests and Visitors Only the guests named on the booking may stay at the property. Please tell us in advance if you would like to bring a visitor. 9. Children and Infants Families are very welcome. Please note we do not provide baby cots. 10. Care of the Property Please handle fittings and fragile items with care, and tell us straight away if something is damaged. Nothing should be removed from the property. 11. Garbage Please dispose of rubbish using the bins or chute provided. If you would prefer, leave it in the designated bin and we will take care of it. 12. Energy and Environment Please help us conserve energy by switching off the air conditioning and lights when you go out, and by not running the air conditioning with windows or doors open. 13. Items Left Behind A $50 AUD handling fee plus postage applies to any item left at the property that you would like returned. 14. No Drugs or Illegal Activity The use or possession of illegal substances, and any form of prostitution, is strictly prohibited. 15. Longer Stays For bookings of more than seven nights, the property manager will carry out a weekly inspection to keep the property in good condition. 16. Independent Operation Our property operates independently and is not affiliated with the building's reception or front desk. Please contact us directly through this platform for anything to do with your stay. Booking and Verification By completing this reservation you agree to complete our guest verification portal, which includes signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement, providing a valid government-issued ID, and providing credit card details. Your check-in details are provided once verification is complete.
