Lamrock Avenue is a fully renovated, fresh and stylish home located just footsteps from Bondi Beach, tucked away on a quiet, leafy street that lets you enjoy the salt air and Bondi atmosphere while still having a peaceful place to unwind. With free unlimited wifi throughout, the home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across a king bedroom, which can be split into two single beds on request, and two queen bedrooms, with a media room offering a further two spaces via a sofa bed and air mattress for larger groups. The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen and open living area are set up to comfortably accommodate groups of up to 10, making Lamrock Avenue a great fit for friends, weddings, corporate stays or extended family gatherings. Step outside to the Euro style courtyard, complete with a large outdoor dining table, perfect for get togethers whatever the season, or settle into one of the home's multiple chill out areas with smart TVs, ideal for streaming your favourite shows. Every bed features supportive mattresses and natural fibre, five star hotel quality linen, with towels and beach towels included for your stay. A washing machine and dryer are also provided, ideal for laundering clothes and beach gear during your visit. The home is suitable for families with babies and children, with a cot and highchair available on site, please note that cot linen is not supplied so we recommend bringing your own. For your comfort, air conditioning is fitted in every bedroom, with fans provided in the living areas, and the fireplace, while a lovely feature, is decorative only and not operational. Please note the home does not have a dedicated car space, with paid metered street parking available out front, guests wishing to secure parking can apply for a visitor permit through the local council. — Check in is after 3 pm and checkout is before 10 am, please contact us in advance if you would like an earlier check in or later checkout as this may incur a charge — This is a strictly no smoking property, any evidence of smoking found in the home may result in a 500 dollar fine — Strictly no parties or events, Bucks or Bachelor parties are not accepted without our prior approval — Pets are allowed, please contact us for approval before booking and include your request on the reservation form, a pet fee of 110 dollars per stay applies to cover extra cleaning and disinfection, and pets are not permitted on the furniture — Please let us know in advance about any extra guests or day visitors, this is required for liability purposes under the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW — A maximum of ten guests are permitted to stay overnight, with up to five day visitors allowed, no more than fifteen people are permitted on the property at any one time — Only guests included in the booking are permitted to stay, any additional visitors must be approved by us in writing prior to your stay — We ask for minimal noise at all times, especially after 9 pm, out of respect for our neighbours, and ask that guests avoid loitering in or around the property — A valid ID and card details are required for a temporary pre authorisation, which is held as a security deposit for the duration of your stay — All guests are asked to review and accept our terms and conditions through the pre arrival check in form — Breaking any of our house rules may result in guests being asked to leave the property without a refund of any unused nights — Requests to change your booking dates can only be considered if your check in date is more than one month away, changes are subject to approval and a surcharge may apply — Cancellations made 30 days or less before check in are not eligible for a refund — Cancellations made within 7 days of booking receive a full refund, unless the check in date is 30 days or less away — Cancellations made after 7 days of booking receive a 50 percent refund of the accommodation fee plus the cleaning fee, unless the check in date is 30 days or less away — Cancellations made within 48 hours of check in are not eligible for a refund — This cancellation policy applies to bookings made directly with us, if you booked through a third party platform such as Airbnb or Vrbo, their cancellation policy will apply instead
