Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am. Ski/Snow gear - No ski or snowboard boots to be worn inside the property. Please use space provided to store equipment. For safety - Please turn off all lights, air-conditioning and heating (including extinguishing fireplace) when not at the property. Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside. Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately, and leave it tidy upon departure. Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.
