Northcove Road – Spacious 4-Bedroom Beach House with Ducted Air Conditioning for 30+ Day Stays in Long Beach, NSW Northcove Road is a spacious, fully self-contained house for stays of a month or more in the peaceful coastal suburb of Long Beach, with easy access to the beach and Batemans Bay just 10 minutes away. With four bedrooms, ducted air conditioning throughout and driveway parking for four vehicles, it's ideal for families relocating to the South Coast, groups or work crews on extended projects in the Batemans Bay area, and anyone wanting a long, relaxed stay by the sea. The Home The stylish living area has a five-seater couch and a TV with streaming apps (log in with your own accounts). The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop, electric oven, air fryer, utensils and cutlery, and the dining area seats eight, which makes group meals easy. The four bedrooms between them have a King bed, a Queen bed, a bunk bed and single beds, giving flexibility for groups of all sizes. Please note the bunk room has no door or wardrobe. Ducted air conditioning keeps the whole house comfortable year-round, and there's also a portable fan and heater in the laundry. The laundry has a washer and dryer, which makes life easy on a longer stay. Outside, the garden has plenty of seating and an outdoor dining area. Towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials are provided, along with professional hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup and a small welcome pack. Guest Access & Parking You'll have the entire house. Keys are collected on site, with full details sent 3 days before check-in. There's driveway parking for up to four vehicles, and large vehicles fit. Local Area & Getting Around Long Beach – easy beach access Clyde River National Park – nearby Batemans Bay – 10 minutes away, with cafés, boutiques and seafood restaurants Canberra Airport – about 2 hours' drive (150km) Sydney – about 4 hours' drive Local buses connect Long Beach to Batemans Bay. House Rules Check-in from 3pm; check-out by 10am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, at an additional cost. Luggage can't be stored before check-in or after check-out. ID verification is required after booking, and check-in details are only shared once verified.

The following strict House Rules apply: - No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am - No parties or antisocial behaviour - No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval - No pets are allowed in the property without approval - No smoking is allowed at any times - If you break something, please let us know - To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police. IMPORTANT: - Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund. - Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200. Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following: - Please leave all beds unmade - Please clean up your dishes and put them away - In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location - Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins - Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed. - Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind. We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.
