The Apartment The open-plan living area has chic contemporary interiors and plenty of natural light. It has a plush couch, coffee tables, a TV with free-to-air channels, and a four-seater dining table. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine, plus cookware, utensils and cutlery. The bedroom has a Queen bed and blackout blinds, and a sofa bed provides space for an extra guest. The sleek bathroom has towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials provided, and the laundry has a washing machine. Split-system air conditioning serves the bedroom and living area, and WiFi is available. The generous balcony has a BBQ, outdoor seating and ocean views. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Building Facilities Guests have access to the building's rooftop outdoor pool. Guest Access & Parking You'll have the entire apartment, which is on level 3. Enter the building through the side or rear entrance (fob access) or use the intercom. Keys are left in a lockbox in the apartment's letterbox, and the access code is sent 2 days before arrival through the booking portal. There are no stairs inside or outside the property. On-site parking is reached via the driveway at the rear of the building, down the ramp and through the fob-operated shutter. Your car space number matches the apartment number.
