The marina is a 7-minute walk, the village centre is 12 minutes on foot, and Corrigans Beach is a 3-minute drive. With two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, a second lounge room and a rooftop pool, it's ideal for two couples or colleagues sharing a long stay, families relocating to the South Coast, and professionals on extended contracts in the region. The Apartment The lavish open-plan living area has two premium couches, a coffee table, a TV with free-to-air channels and streaming apps, and a six-seater dining table. A sofa bed sleeps two more guests. A separate lounge room with a leather couch and an armchair gives everyone their own space on a longer stay. There are three TVs in total. The sleek kitchen is fully stocked with an oven, an electric cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine, plus cookware, utensils and cutlery. Bedroom one has a Queen bed, an ensuite and balcony access. Bedroom two has a Queen bed and its own ensuite. There's also an additional washroom. Towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials are provided, and the laundry has a washer and dryer. Air conditioning and heating serve the lounge and both bedrooms, and WiFi is available. The generous shaded balcony has outdoor dining, a BBQ and bay views. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Cleaning on Longer Stays Cleaning services can be arranged during your stay for an additional cost. Building Facilities Guests have access to the building's rooftop outdoor pool. Guest Access & Parking You'll have the entire apartment. Keys are left in a lockbox in the apartment's letterbox, with the access code sent 2 days before arrival through the booking portal. Stairs are required to reach the property. One on-site parking space is included, reached through the rear garage entry: go down the ramp, open the shutter with your fob, and turn right.
