With two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, two balconies, air conditioning throughout and a rooftop pool, it's ideal for couples or small families relocating to the South Coast, professionals on extended contracts in the region, and anyone wanting a long, comfortable seaside stay. The Apartment The central open-plan living area has plush couches, a coffee table, a TV with free-to-air channels and streaming apps (log in with your own accounts), and a six-seater dining table. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine, plus cookware, utensils and cutlery. The spacious main balcony has outdoor dining, a BBQ and stunning views over Batemans Bay. Bedroom one has a Queen bed, an ensuite and its own private balcony with seating and views. Bedroom two has two single beds. There are two and a half bathrooms in total, with towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials provided, and a washer/dryer combo. Air conditioning and heating run throughout, and WiFi is available. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Building Facilities Guests have access to the building's rooftop outdoor pool. Guest Access & Parking You'll have the entire apartment, which is spread over two levels with stairs inside. Keys are left in an on-site lockbox, with the access code sent 2 days before arrival through the booking portal. From the secure parking, take the basement lift to level 4. One on-site parking space is included, reached by driving up the ramp following the arrow towards the entrance.
