Unlike a shared accommodation or owner-occupied property, this is a dedicated holiday rental, providing you with privacy, comfort, and the freedom to enjoy your stay. Every property is professionally managed by Weekenda, with our team available 7 days a week to assist before, during, and after your stay. 24 hour assistance is available for emergencies during your stay. To help ensure an enjoyable experience for you, our local community, and future guests, please take a moment to review the following information. Booking & Guest Numbers Our accommodation rates are based on a minimum number of guests. Additional guests above this number are charged on a per-person, per-night basis. Please ensure the correct number of guests is entered when making your booking. Once confirmed, reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable. Check-In Standard check-in time is from 3:00pm. Your unique access instructions and security codes will be sent on the day of arrival, typically between 1:30pm and 2:00pm. Early check-in may be available subject to availability. Guaranteed early check-in can be arranged in advance for an additional fee. Check-Out Standard check-out time is 10:00am. Before departing, we ask that you: Turn off lights, air-conditioning, heating and appliances. Close and secure all windows and doors. Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins provided. Where council bins are supplied, place them out for collection if required during your stay. Guest Amenities A starter supply of basic bathroom amenities is provided for your convenience. As guest preferences vary, we recommend bringing any personal items or specialty products you may require during your stay. Pets Pets are only permitted at properties specifically advertised as pet-friendly and must be approved prior to arrival. Guests travelling with pets agree to: Provide their own pet bedding, food bowls and waste bags. Keep pets off furniture, beds, linen, rugs and carpeted areas. Supervise pets at all times and not leave them unattended at the property. Clean up after their pets both inside and outside the property. Guests bring pets at their own risk. Weekenda cannot guarantee the suitability or security of fencing, access to waterways, surrounding wildlife, livestock, neighbouring animals, or the use of pest-control treatments in rural locations. Additional cleaning charges, damage costs, or bond claims may apply where pet policies are not followed. Pets brought to non-pet-friendly properties may incur additional cleaning and remediation charges. Swimming Pools Where a property includes a swimming pool, operational periods may vary seasonally. Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, pools are generally available from the commencement of the NSW September School Holidays until the conclusion of the NSW Easter School Holidays. During winter months, pools may be closed or winterised. Please refer to the individual property listing for any pool-specific information. Fireplaces, Fire Pits & Firewood Where provided, wood fireplaces and outdoor fire pits generally operate between the end of the NSW Easter School Holidays and the commencement of the NSW September School Holidays, subject to local fire restrictions and weather conditions. A starter supply of firewood, kindling and fire starters is typically provided for one to two evenings. Guests wishing to use the fireplace or fire pit more frequently are welcome to bring additional supplies, which are available from most local service stations and retailers. Respect for Neighbours Many of our properties are located in residential communities. We ask all guests to be considerate of neighbours and surrounding properties, particularly during the evening and early morning. Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, anti-social conduct, parties, events, weddings, bucks/hens celebrations, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. We welcome families, couples and groups of friends looking to enjoy quality time together responsibly. If your planned stay is likely to create significant noise or disruption, this property may not be the right fit. Registered Guests & Visitors Only guests included on the booking are permitted to stay at the property. Visitors may be approved for short periods with prior written consent from Weekenda. If you wish to invite visitors or add additional guests during your stay, please contact our team for approval. Unauthorised guests or visitors may result in additional charges, cancellation of the booking, or other action where necessary. Security Cameras & Noise Monitoring Some properties may have external security cameras and/or noise monitoring devices installed. Any security cameras are positioned only in external areas such as entrances, driveways or access points and are used solely for safety, security and property protection purposes. Noise monitoring devices measure sound levels only and do not record conversations or audio. These devices assist with compliance under the NSW Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct. Guests must not tamper with, disconnect, cover, remove or interfere with any monitoring equipment. Guest Registration & Identification To help protect property owners, neighbours and guests, all bookings require completion of an electronic guest registration process prior to arrival. The primary guest will be required to: Provide valid government-issued photo identification. Complete the guest registration form. Supply the names and contact numbers of all adult guests staying at the property. Access details will only be released once the registration and verification process has been completed. Compliance & Additional Charges By staying at the property, guests agree to comply with these house rules and any property-specific conditions outlined in the listing. Weekenda retains a security patrol company for all our propeties and in the event of serious breaches of rules, or disturbance to the neighbour, may organise patrol to check on properties. Additional charges may apply for: Excess cleaning. Callout of Security patrol if guests not complying with on call staff directions Damage or breakages. Unauthorised guests or visitors. Breaches of pet policies. Failure to comply with property or community rules. Serious breaches may result in immediate termination of the booking, loss of security bond, and involvement of local authorities where required. Need Assistance?
