Denham Avenue – Treetop 3-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom Retreat with Ocean Views and Beach Access for 30+ Day Stays at Denhams Beach Denham Avenue is a luxurious, light-filled retreat for stays of a month or more, perched in the treetops on the cliffs above Denhams Beach on the NSW South Coast, where the bush meets the sea. With shared beach access, ocean views and the sound of the waves nearby, it's ideal for couples or small families relocating to the South Coast, remote workers wanting a peaceful coastal base, and anyone seeking a long, restorative seaside stay. The Home The spacious living room has a plush five-seater couch and a TV with free-to-air channels and streaming apps (log in with your own accounts). It opens onto an expansive balcony among the gum trees, with outdoor seating, a BBQ and dining overlooking the ocean, perfect for sunset drinks or dinner outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a stovetop, cookware, utensils and cutlery, and the dining area seats five. The master bedroom has a King bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a generous ensuite. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and built-in wardrobes. The third bedroom has a bunk with a double bed and a single bed. There are two bathrooms in total, including the ensuite. Split-system air conditioning provides heating and cooling throughout, and WiFi is available. The laundry has a washer and dryer. Towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials are provided, along with professional hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup and a small welcome pack. Guest Access & Parking You'll have the entire home. Keys are collected on site, with full details sent 3 days before check-in. There are stairs inside the property. Driveway parking is available for one vehicle. Local Area & Getting Around Denhams Beach is a picturesque cove with pristine sand and calm water, surrounded by lush bushland, ideal for swimming, sunbathing and quiet walks. The beach and nearby paths are walkable from the home, and a car is the easiest way to explore further along the coast.
