Allan Street – 2-Bedroom Apartment with Stand-Up Workspace for 30+ Day Stays in Curtin, Canberra Allan Street is a spacious, private apartment for stays of a month or more in serene, tree-lined Curtin, about 5km south-west of Canberra's city centre. It overlooks Curtin's leafy landscape, with parks, cafés and restaurants nearby, and Curtin Shopping Centre just 450m away. With a dedicated workspace with a stand-up desk, air conditioning throughout and quiet surroundings, it's ideal for public servants and professionals working remotely or on extended contracts in Canberra, and couples relocating to the ACT. The Apartment The open-plan living area has a five-seater couch and a TV with free-to-air catch-up apps (9Now, 7plus, SBS On Demand) and other streaming options. It opens onto an undercover balcony. The well-equipped kitchen has an island, an oven, a gas cooktop, cookware, utensils and cutlery, and the dining area seats four. A dedicated workspace with a stand-up desk makes working from home easy. Bedroom one has a Queen bed and built-in robe. Bedroom two has a Queen sofa bed and built-in robe. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite. Towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials are provided, and the internal laundry has a washer and dryer. Air conditioning serves the living area and both bedrooms, two portable fans are provided, and WiFi is available. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Guest Access & Parking You'll have the entire apartment. Keys are in an on-site lockbox, with full details sent 3 days before check-in. Stairs are required both outside and inside the building. A private undercover car park on site fits most standard vehicles. Luggage can't be stored before check-in or after check-out. ID verification is required after booking, and check-in details are only shared once verified. No pets.

The following strict House Rules apply: - No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am - No parties or antisocial behaviour - No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval - No pets are allowed in the property without approval - No smoking is allowed at any times - If you break something, please let us know - To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property - BBQ stored on balcony is not for use. Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police. IMPORTANT: - Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund. - Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200. Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following: - Please leave all beds unmade - Please clean up your dishes and put them away - In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location - Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins - Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed. - Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind. We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.
