The main apartment offers a comfortable king bed, with a queen-size sofa bed also available on request prior to arrival for an additional fee, along with a well-appointed full kitchen featuring a dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. The adjoining studio offers its own queen bed and a simple kitchenette with a microwave and mini fridge, ideal for guests wanting a little extra privacy. Each space has its own bathroom, with a shower over the bath in both, and its own private balcony furnished with outdoor dining furniture. The spacious and bright living and dining area comes complete with a smart TV, perfect for relaxing evenings together, while a washing machine in the apartment adds convenience for longer stays. Ducted air conditioning keeps both spaces comfortable year-round, and free WiFi keeps everyone connected throughout the stay. An included single basement parking space is provided on site. Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am. Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside. Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately, and leave it tidy upon departure. Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.

Minimum stay is 30 nights
Cancel more than 15 days before check-in — 50% refund of your Minimum Stay Fee.
Cancel less than 15 days before check-in — no refund applies to the Minimum Stay Fee.
After your minimum stay, vary your stay with 30 days notice. If a discount was applied based on your original booking length, the rate will be recalculated for the shorter stay and any difference is payable.
