Laundry facilities include a washer, dryer and ironing setup, handy for longer stays and family trips, with free on site parking for one to two vehicles and a kitchen starter pack of tea, coffee, cooking oil and cleaning supplies to get you settled in. Guests also have access to shared resort features including swimming pools, kids play areas, BBQ facilities and a gym.

Little Colin Street is around 98 steps, about one minute, from the calm waters and sandy shores of Geographe Bay, close to picnic spots, playgrounds and bike paths that families love. It is only a five to seven minute drive to Busselton Jetty, cafes and the town centre, with easy day trips to Vasse Village, local wineries, Dunsborough and the wider Margaret River region, making it a comfortable spot to slow down and make easy holiday memories.
