With three bedrooms and space for up to six guests, the home offers a master bedroom with king bed and private ensuite, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds, ideal for kids. Fresh hotel quality linen and towels are provided throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, with a spacious dining area for shared family meals. Open plan living comes with air conditioning, a Smart TV, free Wi Fi and board games for easy evenings after beach days.

The fenced backyard offers a BBQ and outdoor seating, along with toys, books and games for younger guests, in a safe, private space to relax and recharge. Located within Cape View Beach Resort, guests also enjoy shared access to an outdoor swimming pool and heated pool, gym and sauna, children's indoor and outdoor playgrounds, family BBQ areas and open green spaces. A washing machine and ironing board, travel cot, and body wash, shampoo and conditioner are also provided, with the home professionally cleaned before every stay.

Little Colin Street is a short walk to Geographe Bay's safe, shallow swimming beaches and close to Busselton Jetty, cafes, shops and family friendly parks, with easy access to Dunsborough, Yallingup and the Margaret River wine region. Local shops, walking paths and farmers markets are also nearby, along with the limestone caves at Ngilgi Cave, sections of the Cape to Cape Track, and playgrounds and safe swimming at the Busselton Foreshore, making this a comfortable base for weekend escapes or extended family holidays in the South West.
