Guest is strictly forbidden for any parties or event held in the apartment, if we found any house rules are broken by the guest, host will have the rights to request guest to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the apartment immediately with penalty fines up to $1000 for any lost or damages causes in the apartment or the building. Furthermore, all amenities are designed for local residential, if any amenities are closed by any reason then it will not be eligible for any refund.
