Great Ocean Road is a cosy, fully self-contained coastal apartment for stays of a month or more, just steps from beaches, cafés, parks and shops. It has bush views, a private balcony overlooking Painkalac Creek, and a small glimpse of the inlet. It's ideal for small families wanting an extended stay on the coast, couples relocating to the Surf Coast, and anyone looking for a comfortable long-stay base close to the iconic Split Point Lighthouse.

The Apartment  
You'll have parking in the apartment's garage. Upstairs, a communal area with a shared BBQ space leads to the apartments.

Inside, the open-plan kitchen and living area is the heart of the home. The modern kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking, with a fridge, oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. An extendable dining table seats two to six, and the living area has a plush four-seater couch with ottoman and a Smart TV. The private balcony has seating and views over Painkalac Creek.

Bedroom one has a Queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, a built-in robe and a ceiling fan. Bedroom two has two King Single beds, which can be converted into a King on request at the time of booking, plus bedside tables with lamps, a built-in robe and a ceiling fan.

The bathroom sits between the bedrooms. It has a shower, vanity and toilet, plus a washer/dryer and a clothes horse, which makes laundry easy on a longer stay.

Ceiling fans in the living area and each bedroom, an air conditioner in the living area, and portable heaters for the bedrooms keep the apartment comfortable year-round. Free WiFi is available.

Professional cleaning, laundered linen, quality amenities, 7-day guest support and a digital guidebook with local recommendations are all included.
