Thoughtfully curated interiors, soft textures, and cosy spaces invite you to relax indoors, while the spa, sauna, and fireplace create the perfect setting for rest and rejuvenation. The fully equipped kitchen, dining, and lounge are ideal for preparing warm, nourishing meals, and the six-seater outdoor spa is perfect for relaxing in warm water on cooler days (a spa heating fee of $60 applies). A barrel sauna, built with traditional western red cedar, adds a further layer of winter wellness, alongside a wood fireplace creating a genuinely cosy atmosphere.

Each of the five bedrooms is uniquely curated with subtle themes anchored around the ocean and the Mornington Peninsula itself. The master, "Mother of Pearl," exudes elegance through pearl accents that evoke the nearby ocean. "Red Hill" draws on the rich, terracotta-toned soil and lush greenery of the region's famous wine country, while "Sun Kissed," a north-facing room, is bathed in natural light with interiors bleached in soft shades of white. "Calm from Palm" leans into rattan textures and beach-inspired artwork for a relaxed, coastal feel, and the studio, "Tropicana," brings tropical vibes to life with rattan pieces, towering queen palms in the backyard, and its own study nook.

A BBQ-equipped alfresco entertaining area, dedicated workspace with monitor and HDMI, air-conditioning in each bedroom, an outdoor shower (hot and cold), outdoor games and table tennis, and basic gym equipment round out the property, alongside Smart TVs, premium linen and towels, and laundry facilities. Olieve and Olie skincare products, handmade on the Mornington Peninsula, are provided throughout.
