Just five minutes from Mount Martha village and ten minutes to Main Street, Mornington, the home features a balcony with bay views, a swimming pool, and indoor and outdoor dining areas with a barbecue to enjoy in every season. The gourmet, fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, oven, gas cooktop, microwave and dishwasher, while two separate living rooms each come with their own smart TV and Netflix access. Ducted heating and cooling run throughout the house for year round comfort.

Guests will also find a washing machine, dryer and clothesline, crockery and cutlery, a coffee machine with pods provided, kettle and toaster, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, and games and books provided in the upstairs retreat. Linen and towels are supplied, with beach towels the only thing guests need to bring.
