Perched above the quiet, ever-changing waters of Port Phillip Bay, this cliffside retreat is your cosy winter sanctuary. Thoughtfully styled with modern comfort and warmth in mind, it invites you to slow down, soak in the views, and embrace the peaceful rhythms of the season. The elevated rear deck is a private haven, featuring a heated spa, plush sun lounges perfect for rugging up under a blanket, and bay views that shimmer even more beautifully in winter's light. The front deck offers a lounge and dining space for a morning coffee wrapped in a throw, or a glass of red as the sun sets beyond the hills and water.

A new firepit area is perfect for toasting marshmallows, sipping mulled wine, or simply gathering for evening chats by the warmth of the fire, and alfresco BBQ dining lets you sizzle your favourites under the stars while wrapped in the peaceful quiet of the season. The open-plan interior is filled with natural light, complemented by panoramic bay views and adaptive heating throughout, and premium amenities including plush bedding, a state-of-the-art kitchen, modern appliances, reverse cycle heating, Smart TVs, and high-speed wifi round out a genuinely comfortable stay. A coffee machine, dishwasher, and well-equipped laundry (please note a dryer is not included) take care of the practical side of things, and parking easily accommodates 2–3 vehicles.

Please note that reaching Esplanade involves a steep dirt track. While it may require extra care, especially in winter, the elevated views and peaceful setting make it all worthwhile — this is a retreat you'll want to return to, season after season.
