The private, salt-chlorinated, solar-heated pool and private barrel spa are perfect for warming up on cooler days, though please note solar heating is less effective during winter months. Five bedrooms with comfortable, cosy bedding and two bathrooms provide plenty of space for a larger group, and the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing hearty winter meals. A home gym offers space for indoor workouts, while ducted heating throughout, refrigerated cooling, and a gas log fire ensure a warm and comfortable stay whatever the season.

For entertainment, a pool table, game console, table tennis table, and Smart TVs throughout keep things lively, alongside a BBQ for relaxed meals with a view. High-quality bed linens and towels are provided throughout, and onsite parking rounds out a genuinely well-equipped stay.

Your location is private yet central, with easy access to some of the Peninsula's favourites. Just minutes from the Mount Martha shops, or head the other direction to the Dromana hub, with wineries, hot springs, and plenty of other activities just minutes away (please note wine is not included with your stay).

Please note there is construction occurring at the neighbouring property. While major disruption isn't anticipated, some daytime noise may be present — pricing has been adjusted by 40% to reflect this.
