The self contained bottom level, accessed via external stairs, includes a pool table, a separate lounge room with TV, a kitchenette, a bunk room with two single beds, and a master bedroom with ensuite and a bathroom with double shower.

Expansive decking sets the scene for outdoor lounging and dining, with a BBQ ready for unforgettable alfresco meals. Dual living areas, from the airy open plan living upstairs to the fun filled games room below, are designed for multi family use, while the open plan kitchen is fully equipped to host groups of up to ten. The gated property offers a secure, expansive backyard for a private and secluded escape. Four beautifully designed bedrooms sleep up to ten guests, with a ducted heating and cooling system upstairs, a wood fireplace with some wood provided, smart TVs throughout, and a pod coffee machine with some pods supplied.
