\- Due to this home being directly next to other homes, we ask all guests to be inside the home BEFORE 9 pm each night.  
\- Please respect our neighbours. Fines may apply for excessive noise if reported.  
\- If you break something, please let us know so we can replace it for the next guests.  
\- All guests must complete the standard LUXICO Guest Agreement.

A $5,000.00 Security Deposit will be required before check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation, which will be released after you check out

- Cancel **more than 15 days** before check-in — 50% refund of your Minimum Stay Fee.
