It's a quiet retreat with easy access to the city: trams and buses are a 5-minute walk away at the end of the street, Melbourne CBD is a 40-minute drive, and the restaurants and bars of Brunswick St, Fitzroy are 25 minutes away. With two Queen bedrooms, quality amenities and a garage, it's ideal for professionals working in Melbourne, couples or small families relocating, and colleagues sharing an extended stay.

The Home  
Behind the black brick and timber-panelled façade, the timber front door opens into the living space. To the right are a powder room and a laundry with a washer/dryer. To the left is the spacious open-plan kitchen and living area.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with a two-door fridge with water dispenser, a dishwasher, an oven, a gas stove, a coffee pod machine, a kettle, a toaster, and all the utensils you need. The lounge has two plush two-seater couches facing a large Smart TV.

Glass doors open onto a grassed courtyard with a clothesline, and through to the back of the garage.

Upstairs, via one flight of stairs with safety rails, are the two bedrooms and the main bathroom. Each bedroom has a Queen bed, a bedside table with lamp, and built-in robes. The main bathroom, finished in white stone and soft tones, has a large bathtub, a shower, a spacious vanity with a wide mirror, and a toilet.

Three split-system air conditioners, one in each bedroom and one in the living room, keep the whole home comfortable year-round.

Guest Access & Parking  
Keys are left in a secure key safe at the property. Its location and code are sent 48 hours before check-in, so there's no need to visit an office. The garage fits one car, and there's free street parking.
