Balmain Street is a charming, light-filled terrace house for stays of a month or more in Cremorne, one of Melbourne's most sought-after inner-city suburbs. It's close to the cafés, dining and shopping of Swan Street and Church Street, within 1km of South Yarra, and under 10 minutes from the CBD by car. Trams and trains reach the city in 10–15 minutes. With two Queen bedrooms, a study with a monitor and high-speed WiFi, it's ideal for professionals on extended contracts in Melbourne, especially in Cremorne's tech precinct, as well as couples relocating and small families.

The Home  
Wooden floors and tasteful décor run throughout. The living room has a comfortable couch and a TV with streaming apps (log in with your own accounts), plus a decorative fireplace.

The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop, an electric fan-forced oven, a coffee machine, and all the cutlery and utensils you need. The dining area seats four, with two armchairs alongside.

Both bedrooms have a Queen bed, bedside tables, lamps and blackout curtains for a restful sleep. A study area with a monitor makes working from home easy. There's one bathroom, with towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials provided, and the laundry has a washing machine.

Portable heaters and fans are provided in each room. Outside, the garden has outdoor furniture, a relaxing spot to unwind.

High-speed WiFi is available throughout. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

\- To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT:  
\- Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund.  
\- Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed.  
\- Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind.

We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.
