To avoid plumbing issues, please do not dispose of food scraps, cooking oil, wipes, sanitary items, paper towels, or any other non-toilet-paper items down sinks, drains, or toilets. These items can cause blockages and may result in plumbing issues during your stay.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.
