It sits in a quiet, established suburb just off the Geelong Ring Road, and the property has six individual studios. You can book one on its own or several together, which suits visiting teams, project crews, and families staying together long term.

Everything you need for daily life is close by. Epworth Hospital, Deakin University Waurn Ponds and Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre are each about a 5-minute drive, and Geelong CBD is under 20 minutes away. A bus stop is a 450m walk, so you don't need a car. This makes Chiller Court a good fit for healthcare professionals on placement or contract, visiting academics and postgraduate students, corporate relocations, contractors on extended projects, and families supporting a loved one through hospital treatment or rehabilitation.

The Space  
Room One is the largest studio at Chiller Court. It is fully accessible and designed to feel like a home rather than a hotel room, with a separate bedroom, a separate living area, a private bathroom and your own patio.

The bedroom has a Queen bed with bedside tables, a clothes rack for unpacking properly, and a Smart TV. The open living area gives you a second space to relax or work, with a lounge, a two-seater dining table and a kitchenette with a sink, kettle and bar fridge for your everyday meals and groceries. A split-system air conditioner keeps the studio comfortable in every season, which matters on a longer stay.

The private accessible bathroom has a roll-in shower with a seat, a toilet with support rails, and a vanity. It also has your own washing machine, so you can keep up with laundry on your own schedule. Outside, your private patio has seating for two, a nice spot for a morning coffee or a quiet evening.

Guest Access  
You have exclusive use of your studio. You can also use the shared communal kitchen for full cooking, plus a dining area, a dedicated work space and laundry facilities. These make settling in for several weeks or months easy.

Arrival  
Every studio uses an electronic keypad lock. You'll receive your PIN when you book, so you can check in any time, even if you arrive late after a long drive or a shift.

## House rules

The basics: Pets welcome (please keep them off the furniture). No smoking inside. No parties or events. Suitable for children and infants. The main guest must be 18 or over.

Payment: A 25% deposit secures your booking. The balance is due 28 days before arrival, and you can't check in until it's paid.

Cancellations: You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking, or more than 28 days before arrival. Refunds after that 24-hour window carry a 10% admin fee. Cancellations within 28 days of arrival are non-refundable.

During your stay:

Keep noise to a respectful level. Noise monitors track sound levels only and don't record conversations.  
Don't exceed the listed guest numbers, bring caravans, or sublet the property.  
We may inspect the property between 9am and 5pm with 2 hours' notice.

Guests under 25: A security deposit of $1,000 or $100 per person (whichever is greater) is required before check-in. It's refunded within 14 days of checkout. There's also a limit of 3 cars on site.

Issues: Let us know straight away so we can fix it. For urgent issues like lost power, access problems or safety concerns, please call us. Complaints raised only after checkout aren't eligible for refunds.

Before you leave:

Leave the property reasonably clean, including the BBQ and any pet waste.  
Wash the dishes or run the dishwasher, and put rubbish in the correct bins.  
Turn off lights and appliances, lock up, and return the keys.

Damage: Please report any breakages. Damage, extra cleaning or lost keys may be charged after your stay, and we'll send photo evidence with any charge.

### How a stay is priced

Each night of a stay is charged at its base nightly rate, listed in the table below.
