Bedajanawa Drive is a modern, fully self-contained home for stays of a month or more, just a 5–10 minute walk from Waurn Ponds Station. Geelong CBD is a 15-minute drive away, and the Surf Coast and the start of the Great Ocean Road are 20 minutes away. With five Queen bedrooms, two living areas, a home office and pets welcome, it's ideal for groups of colleagues or professionals sharing an extended stay, project teams commuting by train, and families relocating to the Geelong region.

The Home  
Completed in 2023, the home is fitted out with luxury, modern furnishings. Every bedroom has a Queen bed and a Smart TV, which gives each guest their own space on a longer stay. The master bedroom has an ensuite. A second central bathroom serves the other four bedrooms, and there's also a separate toilet.

Two living areas give everyone room to spread out, and the home office makes working remotely easy. The internal laundry has a washer and dryer, and free WiFi is available.

Ducted gas heating runs throughout the home. Air conditioning cools the main living area, and every bedroom except one has a ceiling fan.

Outside, there's an outdoor dining and lounge area, and a large concreted rear yard with a basketball hoop.

A cot and high chair are available on request.

You'll have full access to the double garage, plus space for two more cars in the driveway and plenty of free street parking.
