With two Queen bedrooms and two bathrooms, it's ideal for healthcare professionals working or studying at Barwon Health, families visiting a loved one in hospital, colleagues sharing on an extended contract, and professionals relocating to Geelong.

The Apartment  
The apartment is on level two, with lift access from the secure basement car park, so unloading your luggage is easy. It opens into a bright kitchen, dining and living area, with natural light from the balcony.

The kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking, with a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the utensils, crockery and dinnerware you need. A large island bench flows into a marble dining table with four velvet chairs. The lounge has two two-seater couches and a Smart TV with free WiFi for streaming, and a split-system air conditioner keeps the open area comfortable. Through the sliding door, the balcony has two lounge chairs and open sky views.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed with plush linen, a bedside table and lamp, a built-in robe and its own air conditioner. It also has a long ensuite with a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity and full-length mirror. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, a bedside table and lamp, and a built-in robe. The main bathroom matches the ensuite, with a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity, and also hides a Euro laundry with a washing machine and dryer. An iron, ironing board and vacuum are in the hallway cupboard.

Professional cleaning, laundered linen, quality amenities, 7-day guest support and a digital guidebook with local recommendations are all included.

Guest Access  
Keys are collected from an off-site key safe, a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bus ride from the property. The set includes all the keys and remotes you need, so after check-in time you can head straight into the car park or front entry, up the lift and into the apartment, with no need to meet anyone. One secure basement car park is included. It has a 2m height clearance, so it isn't suitable for large vehicles.
