Swanston Street is a moody, boutique-style home available for exclusive use for stays of a month or more. It's directly opposite Barwon Health's University Hospital Geelong and just minutes from Geelong CBD, with a 7-Eleven next door for 24/7 convenience. With four Queen bedrooms, each with its own ensuite and built-in workspace, it's ideal for teams of travelling doctors, nurses and allied health professionals, corporate groups on extended assignments, and families supporting a loved one in hospital over a longer stay.

The Home  
Deep olive vertical panelling, soft neutral ceilings and warm pendant lighting set a calm, moody tone along the hallway, which leads past four bedrooms, two at the front and two further along.

Each bedroom has a Queen bed, natural timber joinery with a built-in desk and wardrobe, warm LED accents and bedside wall sconces. Every room also has a Smart TV and split-system heating and cooling, so each guest has a private space to work, rest and unwind. All four bedrooms have their own ensuite with a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. The fourth bedroom's ensuite is spacious and accessible.

A Euro laundry with a washer and dryer sits in the centre of the hallway, which is handy for longer stays.

At the end of the hall, the kitchen and dining area is the heart of the home. The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge, stove, oven, and plenty of crockery and appliances for everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners. There's a breakfast bar, and a round dining table with a Scandinavian-style built-in bench and extra seating.

Glass doors open to the rear yard, where a ramp leads into a quiet garden setting with bench seating among the greenery, a peaceful spot for morning coffee or an afternoon break.

Free WiFi is available throughout. Professional cleaning, laundered linen, quality amenities, 7-day guest support and a digital guidebook with local recommendations are all included.

Guest Access & Parking  
Digital locks are fitted on all entry points, and you'll receive your unique access codes before arrival. You'll have private access to the entire home.

One private off-street car space is included. It's reached via the rear alleyway, with a rear gate and ramp leading to the back sliding door. Most street parking nearby is metered and timed between 9am and 5:30pm, as the home is opposite the hospital. There are some all-day free spots on Sydney Ave, a 4-minute walk away.

Please Note  
While Room 4's ensuite is accessible, the room itself is a little tight, with limited space around the bed for a wheelchair. If you need more space, please get in touch and we can see whether the layout can be adjusted.
