Please note: Guests are to BYO firewood, kindling, and firelighters if you wish to use the fireplace or wood-fired oven. Relax and watch the harvesting of the local mussel crops from your front balcony; we recommend buying some for a seafood feast fit for kings! Guests are reporting seeing beautiful dolphins frolicking in the bay from this property. The view is magnificent. Set up to welcome families to enjoy holidays by the sea, this exclusive position on Victoria’s Bellarine Peninsula overlooks an exquisite setting on the bay to the scenic You Yangs.

Beautifully renovated and characterised by fresh interiors, timber paneling, quality décor and large spaces, the upper floor living and dining areas open onto a full span balcony to observe the waterfront. Extensive glass creates a wonderful light-filled ambience brings the outdoors in, from the comfort of large lounge suites and an open fire, plus multiple split system units for heating and cooling.

Upstairs you will find welcoming spaces for relaxation and entertainment. There are two living areas and a 12-seater dining table, with easy entertaining from the modern kitchen with quality appliances for any chef’s holiday meal preparation. A King-size master bedroom, Queen bedroom and bathroom complete this level.

On the ground floor, you will find four additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a rumpus room with ping pong table, a spa room (5-seat Balboa Spa) and a private undercover indoor entertaining area with woodfired pizza oven! This makes for a relaxed setting, ideal for families to spend time away together.

Sleeping up to 10 guests, with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home is very well presented, with easy living across two levels. Wifi is included. All linen is supplied, but please BYO beach/spa towels.

Boating, fishing, jet ski lovers are welcome too. Clifton Springs Boat Ramp is located a few minutes drive away.  
Portarlington offers calm swimming conditions, which is 12 mins drive away from the property.  
Public tennis court is available to be used at all times. The left hand side courts are new and free to be used by publics. You will find more details on Clifton Springs Tennis Club website.

Dining/Shopping –  
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.

Nearest local groceries (ie. Coles, Woolworths, and restaurants) can be found at Drysdale town. A fresh seafood shop is opposite Coles.

Vintage Market shoppers should check out the Amazing Mill Market and Geelong Vintage Market where you could spend hours exploring their wares!

Getting around  
On and off-street parking available, plus a double lock up garage. Please note the garage has a vehicle height restriction of 1.9 metres.  
Clifton Springs is 1 hour 40 mins by car from Melbourne CBD.
