Vasse Circuit is a modern, fully self-contained family home for stays of a month or more in the Warralily Grange Estate, Mount Duneed. Geelong CBD, the Bellarine Peninsula and Torquay are each a 20-minute drive away, and Armstrong Creek's shopping centre is 6 minutes away. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study nook and ducted heating and cooling, it's ideal for families relocating or building in Geelong's growing southern suburbs, professionals on extended contracts, and small teams sharing a longer stay.

The Home  
Park securely in the double garage and enter through the front hallway. At the front of the home, the master bedroom has a Queen bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a double vanity.

The home opens into the kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully fitted out with quality appliances, crockery, cookware and dinnerware. Three bar stools sit at the kitchen bench, beside a wooden dining table with six suede chairs. The living room has three plush couches facing a large Smart TV, with free WiFi for streaming, and a study nook to the side, which is handy for remote work.

The living area opens onto the alfresco area, which has a timber outdoor setting overlooking an enclosed, faux-turfed yard where kids can play.

Off the side hallway, the main bathroom has timber and sand-coloured tiles with black tapware, and a shower, vanity and toilet. Bedroom two has a Queen bed, bedside tables with lamps and a built-in robe. Bedroom three has two single beds, suiting two kids or smaller adults, and a built-in robe.

The laundry has a washing machine, iron and vacuum. Ducted heating and cooling runs throughout the home. All beds have professionally laundered linen, and bath towels are included.

Guest Access & Parking  
Keys are left in a key safe before arrival, with access details and local recommendations sent through the guest portal. There's a double garage, plus free street parking.

McCubbin Drive Playground – 12-minute walk, with a large playground and bike track  
Armstrong Creek Shopping Centre – 6-minute drive, with Coles, Tom's Marketplace, a chemist, hairdressers, cafés and eateries  
9 Grams café, Bunjils Nest Playground and Skatepark – 8-minute drive or 25-minute walk  
Geelong CBD, Torquay and the Bellarine Peninsula – each a 20-minute drive

Getting Around  
A car is recommended for exploring Geelong and the Bellarine. Buses run on the Surf Coast Highway, a 25-minute walk away: Route 45 to Waurn Ponds via Waurn Ponds Station, and Routes 50 and 51 between Geelong Station and Jan Juc. Ubers and taxis are readily available.
