Coogee Court is a modern, spacious, fully self-contained townhouse for stays of a month or more in Barwon Heads on the Bellarine Peninsula. It's just a minute's drive or a leisurely stroll to the Barwon River, Ocean Grove Beach, and the main town centre on Hitchcock Avenue with its shops and local cafés. Barwon Heads Golf Club is down the road, and the Barwon Heads Hotel is nearby for a meal. Thoughtfully furnished and calm, it's ideal for families relocating or building on the Bellarine, professionals on extended contracts, and anyone wanting a high-end home away from home for a longer stay.

Downstairs  
The entrance foyer leads to a laundry with a front-loader washer, a powder room, and open-plan living, kitchen and dining at the rear of the home.

The kitchen is a chef's delight, with stone benchtops, a dishwasher, a large 900mm oven with gas cooktop, a large pantry, and all the pots, pans, plates, cutlery and utensils you need. There's also a De'Longhi coffee machine that takes Nespresso Original pods.

Outside, there's a large gas BBQ and an outdoor dining setting for six.

Upstairs  
The three bedrooms, the main bathroom, a second powder room and a second living area are all upstairs.

The main bedroom has a King bed and an ensuite with a double vanity, toilet and large walk-in shower. Bedroom two has a Queen bed. Bedroom three has a trio bunk (double below, single above) and a single bunk, which is perfect for kids. These two bedrooms share the main bathroom, which has a shower, bath and vanity. The upstairs living area has a fold-out sofa that converts to a double bed with an innerspring mattress, so there's extra room for guests.

Air conditioners provide heating and cooling year-round, and free WiFi is available. All linen and towels are provided.

Parking  
There's a single garage, space for another car in front of it, and plenty of free street parking.
