Every detail has been carefully considered by the owners, who have spared no expense in creating a home that is both luxurious and welcoming. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel genuinely at home, with beautiful spaces to relax, entertain and create lifelong memories.

Spend your days enjoying a match on the full-size tennis court, unwinding in the sauna or spa, challenging friends in the games room, or simply strolling through the stunning gardens with a coffee in hand. Whether you're seeking adventure or complete relaxation, Desmond Road offers something for guests of every age.

Inside, generous living spaces, beautifully appointed bedrooms and premium furnishings create a warm yet sophisticated atmosphere, while the expansive outdoor areas provide endless room for children to play and adults to reconnect.

Despite its peaceful rural setting, you're only a short drive from Inverloch's spectacular beaches, cafés, boutique shopping and the many attractions of South Gippsland.

If you're looking for a luxury country escape that offers space, privacy and exceptional amenities, Desmond Road is hard to beat. It's more than just a place to stay, it's a destination you'll want to return to year after year.

Full linen is provided as standard, though guests should bring their own beach or pet towels. Pets are allowed but must stay off furniture, and all dog waste must be picked up before departure, or a fine will be charged.

Maximum occupancy is 16 guests, with the house prepared for 14, and extra fees applying for additional guests. The 16 guest limit includes children, and guests found exceeding the maximum permitted may be asked to leave with no refund. Local council rules apply for short term accommodation and can be found under the Bass Coast Shire Local Law 1 Short Term Accommodation.

On booking, guests will be asked to agree to terms and conditions including no parties, no schoolies or groups under 25 years, and no smoking. Australian photo ID or passport ID is required for the online check-in process to release the lock box code. A security deposit is taken as a pre-authorisation on a valid credit card the day prior to arrival, and removed up to 7 days after check-out.
