## About this home

Good things come to those who book beautiful beach houses, and this one is an absolute gem. This super stylish split level house is beautifully decorated and feels homely and comfortable, with incredible cathedral ceilings, a wood heater, five good sized bedrooms and two generous living areas. There is even a pool table and a pinball machine to entertain everyone in the family or group. Nestled in the top end of town, Alwyn Court is a 900 metre walk to town, with the beach a little further. There is ample parking and an enclosed garden for pets.

This property sleeps 10 guests only. The property features five bedrooms and two family bathrooms across each floor, a fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry space, and two generous open plan living areas with large TVs. Full linen and bath towels are included in the price, and there is ample parking for two cars.

Accommodation includes an upstairs king bedroom, an upstairs queen bedroom, an upstairs double bedroom, and two further queen bedrooms downstairs.

Parking is available for two vehicles only, with street parking also nearby. The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, with the code sent to your email address at 2pm on the day of arrival. All communication is sent via the booking system, so please check your spam folder for information and instructions.

Full linen is provided as standard, though guests should bring their own beach or pool towels. Pets are allowed but must stay off furniture, and all dog waste must be picked up before departure, or a fine will be charged. On booking, guests will be asked to agree to terms and conditions including no parties, no schoolies or groups under 25 years, and no hens or bucks parties. Smoking is also not permitted. Australian photo ID or passport ID is required for the online check-in process to release the lock box code.
