Light-filled and welcoming, the house enjoys stunning sea views and a laid-back vibe, making it the perfect base for your Inverloch getaway.

Inside, you'll find a beautifully renovated kitchen with high end appliances, two master suites, one on each level, both with king beds and ensuites, plus three additional bedrooms downstairs. The generous layout, ample parking and expansive garden, complete with fruit trees and secure fencing, make it a fantastic choice for guests of all ages.

Accommodation includes an upstairs master with king bed and ensuite, a downstairs master also with king bed and ensuite, two further queen bedrooms downstairs, and a fifth bedroom with a tri bunk sleeping 2 adults or 3 children. A portacot is available on request. A third family bathroom features both bath and shower.

Additional features include Wi-Fi and Foxtel, along with parking for four vehicles, though no caravans or campervans are permitted, with street parking also available. Full linen is provided, though guests should bring their own beach or pool towels.

This property is pet friendly, with pets welcome by arrangement, up to a maximum of 2 dogs unless approved prior. Pets must remain off furniture and bedding, and the garden must be kept clean, with charges applying if the host needs to pick up after your dogs.

A secure lockbox with key is located at the property, with the access code emailed at 3pm on the day of arrival. Please check your spam or junk folder for arrival details. A pre-authorisation hold is placed on your credit card at check-in, automatically released within 7 days of departure, provided the property is left in good condition. Any damages, excess cleaning or failure to remove pet waste from the garden will be charged accordingly.

This property is registered as short-stay accommodation under the Bass Coast Shire Council, Local Law 1 Neighbourhood Amenity 2002. On booking, guests will be asked to agree to terms and conditions including no parties, schoolies, hens or bucks weekends, or groups under 25 years, and no smoking. Photo ID, Australian driver's licence or passport, is required for online check-in before the lockbox code is released.
