Serene, comfortable and laidback, Ovata Place is a generous house. With four good sized bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas, a large office space and a beautiful kitchen overlooking the outdoor dining and pizza oven area, this is a wonderful base for a relaxed group getaway. The house is all on one level, and full linen is provided for your comfort. Being pet friendly means the whole family can come too.

Accommodation comprises a master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, a double bedroom with its own ensuite, and two further double bedrooms sharing a family bathroom, sleeping 8 to 10 guests in total. Free Wi-Fi is included throughout the home.

This property is pet friendly. If bringing more than one pet, please inform the host before booking, and pets should stay outside and not be left unattended at the house.

This property is registered short stay accommodation under the Bass Coast Shire Council and is governed by Local Law 1 Neighbourhood Amenity 2002. Full linen is provided as standard, though guests should bring their own beach or pool towels. Please note that if bringing more than one pet, this must be communicated prior to arrival. Pets must stay off furniture and bedding, and failure to pick up after pets in the garden will result in charges.

On booking, guests will be asked to agree to terms and conditions including no parties, no schoolies or groups under 25 years, no hens or bucks parties, and no smoking.
