Located in the peaceful town of Harmers Haven, the house is an easy 5 minute drive to the shops at Cape Paterson, where coffee and homewares await at a local café, or you can grab fish and chips for the family at the corner store. Alternatively, Wonthaggi is a 10 minute drive to major supermarkets, or Inverloch is a 20 minute drive for a mix of restaurants, pubs and local cafes and stores.

Recently renovated and stylishly decorated, Viminaria Road is ideal for couples or families. The property features three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry space and a generous open plan living area, along with a second living space upstairs featuring a Smart TV.

Accommodation includes an upstairs master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bathroom and ceiling fan, a second bedroom with a queen bed and ceiling fan, and a third bedroom with a tri bunk, two single bunk beds and a portable cot, sleeping 9 guests in total, not including children under 2. A cot and portacot are available on request. Full linen and bath towels are included in the price, along with parking for two cars.

Heating and cooling air conditioning services the kitchen and open plan living area. This property is pet friendly, though please note the garden is not enclosed, and dogs must not be left unattended at any time and should be kept on a leash outside to avoid chasing wildlife. Please note Wi-Fi is not included, though it can easily be hotspotted from a mobile phone.

The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, with the access code sent to the booking email address at 2pm on the day of arrival. All communication is sent via the booking system, so please check your spam folder for information and instructions relating to your booking.

This property is a registered short stay accommodation with the Bass Coast Shire and operates under Local Law Neighbourhood Amenity 2022. Full linen is provided as standard, though guests should bring their own beach or pool towels.
